I wanna tell you that Host.co.in is one of the best and most reliable companies in India region. The thing is that I needed to host my e-shop in India and found this decent company.
As my site grows they have moved me to different servers and helped me through any problems. There support is the best, it replies on any problems very fast, not some other hosts I had. Any issues I've had were resolved right away.
My site has never encountered slow-down nor has it ever been offline without explanation.
As for their plans, the cost is good for what they have to offer, they through in a lot of extra stuff in the cpanel area which is very useful, for example, fantastico, which let's you install many useful scripts by filling out a small form and hitting a submit button.
